For any technical support and guidance, our Service Desk is your first point of contact. They will support you with anything which doesn't seem quite right with your platform and also answer basic queries and how to questions.
Please note: The Service Desk is open Monday - Friday, between 8am - 5pm (UK Time).
Christmas Opening Hours: The Frog office will be closed from Friday 22nd December at 2pm until Tuesday 2nd January at 8am.
